Pep's system is worth jack shit without wingers. That's not going to work.
Also he's not going to play with 5 defenders, especially not 3 true CBs.

Aurier probably not, because of his dificult character. But he would be great for Pep since he can also play CB and could take a Alaba-esque role (CB-RB).
Bernat could be Pep's Lahm. Think he'd do well in a LB/CDM hybrid role.
