This is the bar where the post-match party was.

- Pool (lads jumped in, and the staff didn't even care)
- Two strippers
- Two bars
- Food
- DJ
- Beer at 85p a pint
- Police giving lifts at 6am back to hotels
- That's the stadium in the background

Carlsberg don't do post-match parties....

been to Timisoara once on a work trip, loved the place, people great and much cheapness.

wish i could have went over this time but couldn't get the time off work

Standard European away. Madness, fun, long trips, strife and free lifts from the police. It's what God invented the Europa League for.

39 of us were on the bus from Budapest to Timisoara. Took longer than we thought, and the bog was broke, but we got there.

Stadium was different, game awful, locals brilliant, police bored out their skulls because we did nothing but have a good time, and there was no trouble. Post match party was in a bar that had a pool, little beach, women dancing on podiums, music, food and 85p beer. Carlsberg don't do post-match boozers, but if they did......

And to top it off, at 6am when we left the bar, there was some police outside, who tried ringing a taxi for us. They couldn't get through, so decided to give us a lift back to the hotel in the back of a riot van. We had loads of pictures with them, and thanked them for decent taxi service. They were bored because there was no trouble from what I saw.

The Timisoara fans were excellent. I heard there's only a couple of dozen coming next week. Please, if you see them on Thursday, make sure you make them welcome. We had a great time with them last night after the game, and every bar or person we met made us feel welcome.

Brilliant trip. If anyone's in Romania, head over there, it's worth it.

Absolute second that Scall

Totally friendly bunch, and i really hope that anyone that bumps into whatever fans they bring next week that they are made to feel very welcome.

Shame more blues couldn't make it, but there were a lot of mitigating circumstances

Gonna get along with out you now

We are "City" is what everyone I spoke to calls us – there’s no point in arguing for the Manchester – even on the TV it was “City”, they know who we are and they know we are coming.

Don't tell the rags .....

accordin' to them no-one's ever heard of us the other side of Dover!

Those Timisoara fans look , and sound , top class.

Don't forget their players though!

After the game, they went over to their hardcore fans, and for about 10 minutes were firing them up, the whole end was jumping up and down, and then they did the same in other parts of the ground. Someone said they even came over to applaud us too. Bear in mind they'd just been beaten 1-0, and that it was AFTER the game. Brilliant work from their players showing their support for their own fans and getting them going.
