Bacon - Grilled or Fried?

I don't eat Pig but I do eat the fake bacon.

Fried because it's too dry otherwise.

Grilled back bacon on a brown barm with brown sauce - very, very tasty!

This is my stance on bacon but as I couldn't give a shit if it's bad for you or not I have just fried three pieces for my lunch.

If you're gonna fry it then make sure you do some fried bread in the pan after to soak up all the fat and flavour of the bacon.

Hmmm, amazing stuff but just have the ambulance on standby if you do it too often.
