This one was done to death on Friday .
But my opinion is that the media don't pay as much attention to the UEFA cup as they do the premiership or champions league as the big 4 aren't in it .
Therefore it has become an inferior competition in their eyes like the Carling Cup , City fans are no different than any other fans and beliveing this don't turn up and casual supporters don't come.
Add this to the lack of cash around at the moment = 26000 crowd

Your spot on Ozzie, if sky had the rights to the UEFA I'm convinced you'd see much bigger attendences as they'd just hype it up like they do with everything else they have.

Yesterday, at home to WBA (who would have sold their allocation)... 33,000.
If we got that for a home league game, then the alarmn bells WOULD be ringing!
