Checked him out on transfermarkt, weird one as he has six months left on deal, why loan?

They must have options on him or something.

A massive crock, but pay as you play loan is a no brainer. Big risk if 100k pw or so and he is out for most of his time here

Has undoubtedly been a decent player but this signing is thoroughly underwhelming.

Would have taken a punt on Fonte before this guy.

Can only wish him well after all his injury problems.

Fonte wants to cash out and Saints want to get a lot for him, 33yr old and China calling no doubt. 15m being touted as the price, I wouldve loved Willams last year with Stones. No brainer imo.

Anyway, going forward Badstuber if fit would give us options but again it is an underwhelming target unless we have someone in the pipeline in the summer? I like the look of Van Dijk tbh.
