Perez said he would go to the bank and borrow the money, they are cranking up the debt. The Banks will give them the money because of Real Madrids fans, if they don't apparantly the fans will take their money out of the banks from what I gather it is all political as well. Perez did say that the loans would then be paid because of the increase in shirt sales, however if you sign that lot in one season cant see RM fans buying 5 -6 shirts each with a different name on it.

exactly what i've been thinking. i mean we are linked with two or three world class players and we're ruining football, killing it in fact. yet no-one bats an eyelid to them trying to sign all of them, it's bloody stupid.

If a club wants to try and sign a world class player and have the money to do so then let them, who cares, all the people moaning are only doing it because of jealousy, if city want to spend £1m or £100m on a player, its down to the Sheiks and Hughes as its their money to spend, so from now on when people moan about us spending large sums of money, i will laugh knowing that they are worried that city are on the up and theres nothing they can do about it, they're simply worried that "the big four" will be cracked and will soon become a big 5/6/7 or even more. i love the idea that the PL will become a lot more competitive.
