Balo's pace and movement....

I don't see why anyone would want our leading goal scorer thus far out of the side.
He's not our leading goal scorer, and how can Balo be our top goal scorer unless we give him the chance? I would give them a chance at playing together and Blackburn might have been the perfect game for it but I can't see it personally.

-- Sun Oct 02, 2011 9:50 am --

He showd today the talent he has been boasting about he has put his head down and started working harder and that is rubbing off in his matchday performance
Also he is defending more and showed great attitude in not complaining when a foul was given against him
Keep it up Super Mario
Lulz, yeah, yesterday was the first time we saw his talent...

You misunderstood my post, what I meant was he showed the talent that he has been boasting about, if you remember he said he was one of the best players in the world and that talent was shown yesterday
Of course we have seen his talent before but yesterday in my opinion was his best performance and the talent he talks about shone through

Tbh mate we've seen his talent on many occasions, But many concentrated on his failings rather than his qualities..Talent wise hes not changed, but take away the petulance and his talent is magnified.

not only Balo but if you look at the goals 2 and 3 remind you of goals 1 and 2 against tottenham, fast build up, fast break and a cross in from the wide area, striker beating the defender to the ball...

I know that nasri's goal is not the same as the dzeko header but I was referring to the fast break and the counter...that's what I want to see...and I know that this is the way forward for city, cross the damn ball into the box...

and Balotelli was having a laugh yesterday, good game

He never said that for a start. He said he was better than all but one (Messi) of the previous winners of Tuttosport's Golden Boy at age when they won it (21 or younger). That's still overkill and one of the previous winners is our very own Sergio, but that statement does not add up to saying he is one of the best players in the world but rather he has the potential to be so. You may be getting confused with Mourinho's statement that he'd be one of the best players in the world with only 50% effort in training. It's not just Mario that rates Mario.

As for his best performance, his FA Cup Final MOTM performance was the best for me personally.
