Admit it you love the attention,
Haha the attention?! Mad Zab got his knickers in a twist because I am not unhappy to see Balotelli go. He then bizarrely said i'm a rag before the thread got pulled. Now he's followed me in here to tell me again, which of course is lovely of him to do. He's unhappy I posted something which wasn't true on the internet. Such a sheltered life that boy has had!

Nothing in a twist here.

You can pretend all you like, but I know what you are!
Excellent!

Re: Balotelli (continued)

Good luck Mario, there will be many a firework being set off bathrooms up and down the country in your honor :)

Re: Balotelli (continued)

Good luck to him. I genuinely hope he achieves his potential.

My 8 yr old will be upset...Balo is his favourite player.

Re: Balotelli (continued)

Sky Sports News saying Balotelli is taking a pay cut from £5,000 000 a year to £4,000 000 a Year.

So he was on £96,000 a week at City not £125,000 a week reported by Talkshite and others. Pretty sure the Mail once quoted £150,000 a week.

At Milan he will now be on £76,000 a week.

Re: Balotelli (continued)

Not that arsed about him going. Potential to be one of the worlds best but doubtful he'll ever realise that potential at City. The Balotelli character is a loss to the league though. More bothered that we are seemingly backing down on the price yet again (if rumours are true) We're not a selling club, we get nothing out of this deal being pushed through before the window closes so why the fuck are we the ones backing down over price? Just tell them it's 30 million euros or do one City ffs.

Hard life isn't it

Re: Balotelli (continued)

He wouldn't have realised his potential in this league, whether with us or not. A run of games with referees willing to give him the benefit of the doubt every so often and not just book him on reputation, I'd be willing to bet he becomes a star. And we'll all be back on here saying we should never have sold him and we should throw 50m at Milan to get him back. Bookmark it.

I'm not knowledgeable about the tax rates in either country but I would be very surprised if Balotelli was really going to drop one cent per week. It's just fashionable to say that a player is willing to play for less for a "Big" club with history.

The $5 million was what Milan were going to pay him originally.
