With all the racisim at the Euro's I worry about Balotelli most of all. He's not the calmest of people!

Can see him having a run in or three with a few of the cunts.

For his age, Mario's been quite exposed to hostile racism during his time in Italy so it isn't anything new to him.

I'm not saying any possible racism won't affect him of course it would, I think he is well equipped to deal with it if it happens

agree, racism doesn't seem to bother him and when he does implode it seems to be because of his poor performance or a particular opposition player.

on a side note, is this his first international tournament?

and on another side note, their game against luxembourg tonight has been cancelled due to an earthquake in parma

Yes it is his 1st International tournament.

What really could screw things is if the travelling Italian support bring their notorious biggoted flags with them, ..that could be a step too far for balo on such a big stage.

we will see.

Noticed, Sky the bastards, when they did the headlines this morning about arrests and more match fixing in Italy, they had their camera at the Italian traning camp and it was fixed on Balotelli for 15 seconds whilst talking about the headlines before a quick look at the manager
The first thing people will think of when you talk about Italy is Balotelli. What other famous Italian people are there in England?

If you ask the average person to name 1 Italian person they will name Balotelli.

This is the tournament that could make or break him. If he shows consistent mature performances we could be on to a winner with him.

Maybe outside of Italy. Not in it. Most Italians don't want him in the team, sad but true. Until there is more integration himself and Ogbonna won't be accepted as Italian. I know many who won't cheer him for Italy.

Part of it is to do with what they are used to, same for Spain, etc. He is in a way a trailblazer like Viv Anderson was for England. Italy and Spain are 30/40 years behind England, and until then there will be problems. Sad, but most would rather not have him in the Italy squad even if it was detrimental to success, as many know naturally after Cassano he is the best striker at their disposal.
