Once he's back we'll be a much more balanced outfit. His return will allow Mancini to tweak the side a little, and we'll be a much stronger outfit in a few weeks as a result.

I think Mancini is safe as long as he provides a.top 4 finish! If he doesnt then for me he deserves the sack anyway!

Looking at those videos of Ronaldo (the fat one) Nalo reminds me of him, I think he could be the next big striker in world football, he has the skill, power, size of Ronaldo if he can get his attitude right he will be awesome, I just hope we can keep hold of him he will terrify the Premiership.

Yeah, I was assuming us not getting into the CL would result in Mancini being sacked, and with him will go Balo. If Mancini doesn't get us into the CL but still gets to stay (which I think he should, even if we end up 5th) I think Balo will stay with him. He needs someone like Mancini at this stage of his career, and you can be sure he will be played at every opportunity under him.
I really don't see what sacking Mancini if we get 5th will achieve. We've shown some moments of brilliance in a season of a largely new team. If we get 4th and he stays I think we'll see a very, very different season next year. And I think we would have seen the same season if we finish 5th and he didn't get sacked. Our squad fully fit and firing, a season playing together under their belt, and the experience of being in 3 competitions long enough for them to actually make a difference.. Lots to add up, I'm confident it will be fantastic.
