Anyone else had an email from these saying "Thanks for signing up" with the username they give being your City number? Is this City signing people up for shit with partner companies again? I've only just got rid of Etihad Airways sending me regular shite.

Why would the Orioles be a partner to CFG though? They're a direct competitor in Major League Baseball to the Yankees, who actually are a partner of ours...
Believe me I haven't signed up for this. It's probably meaningless, but it must have come from City given that the username the Orioles advise I sign in with is my City membership number. If City want to engage with partners fine, but don't randomly sign Blues up for stuff they don't know anything about.

Contact the Orioles directly and ask them, maybe? Hopefully somebody there could figure out how this happened?
