It's Monday night here, no public holiday today which I'm always glad about as I'm retired and this place gets busy on holidays.
Had a swim this morning, then had spot of lunch, (soup and sandwich) then 10240 steps in the sunshine this arvo.
Just been watching Renfield which I thought was crap.

No mate, was prescribed them for a slipped disc so could barely move. Mrs MB's mum is an experienced Nurse and did warn me about the side effects but, as a big manly hairy chested bloke, I thought I knew better. Predictably that turned out not to be the case. If the bad boys are kicking in, I sincerely hope you have a relatively pain-free day.

I've just necked 2 tramadol and will be spending the day in bed.

I took some tramadol once and it kept me awake all night and I smoked about 40 Cigerettes. Never again.
