banner for Wembers

I have spoken to a contact at the club asking permission to dislay a large banner pre kick off and at full time at Wembley. I told them it would be about 20 metres long by 450mm wide rolled up on a pole type thing .Well before kick off I would suss out a number of people in strategic spots to be designated "holders"On the banner would be a message which is totally inoffensive (one idea was "Win City win!! For Joe, For Malcom and Neil..show the spirit of 69!!")

I know its no use pitching up unnannounced at Wembley with a big rolled up banner , so have also asked the club to make the necessary arrangements so we can go ahead with the plan...heres the sinch

Is there anybody out there who has access to materials and machinery to create the banner? Otherwise I will have to source the materials and machinery myself...
If anone can help then please PM me as soon as possible

tbh it's probably best to get it done by barmy flags and have a whipround on here or something. making it yourself will be pretty expensive anyway and take forever.
