That's a lot of words to fit on one banner, plus I don't know if "Manchin" would appreciate being involved. Isn't he Fu Manchu's brother? I'm sure they are both rags.

I think the idea of the huge banner is great but I'm sure we can come up with something better than 'WIN, CITY, WIN!'
