Well, Zlatan is NOT overrated! But when he plays for Sweden it's easy for any team to close him down. Not just because he is the only threath, but the tactics of our nationalteam is very easy to read. It´s not that bad in Inter and Ibra can score from nothing- That's what he's been doing in Italy since they always got two (at least) defenders to keep close to our gigantswede!

That will not be the case in Barcelona cause they also needs to keep an eye (or four) on Messi and Henri.
He will have a great support from the rest of the team. Barcelona plays with a quick shortpass style and that would be perfect for Ibra.

Mark my words Ibra is massively overated and will get found out in that Barca side. Not half the player eto is. Even worse he is only a year younger than him !

Sorry mate but you're wrong. I would rather keep Ibra in Inter than having Etoo here. Ibra can do everything with the ball (create, score almost everything) while Etoo needs a really good playmakers behind him to give him the ball on a silver plate to score.

Being the highest paid player in the world (ibrahimovic that is) currently in Inter and Barca willing to spend all that money on him atleast would suggest that the guy is good (not overrated as you say). Barca are a smart club they've always been so they're not naive to spend all that money on a overrated player just for the sake of it !!

People think he's overrated because he doesn't score against english clubs in the knockout stages but don't you think it might be Inter's team problem rather than Ibra's problem. Only maradona can win you games all by he's own but not a single player out there can do the same and certainly Ibra is no exception.

He's tall (great in the air), strong, pretty good dribbler + great skills and score goals from long range personaly i don't see an attacker out there as complete as he is period. As i said barcelona are a smart club and they know what they're doing, they won't spend that much money unless they know really well the kind of player they're getting.

One thing that i've noticed (and this is not directed to you mate) that most people who call him overrated, shit and not good enough are those who don't really watch him on a regular bases. While every single person that i know (whether EPL fans or other league fans) who constantly watched him would tell me that he's class and certainly a great player + really consistant.

Got to agree with this poster; it's amazing the people who write him off on the basis of a few games at World Cups/Euro championships or against one or two English teams. So what? There's often good reasons for that (fitness, strength of squad etc) and he performs consistently well in a league which is far better than people say. I'd say, for example, that Serie A is far stronger than the PL from 5th club down; most of the teams in the PL are, frankly, dross. Don't get carried away by the top 4's record in Europe; below that, it's pretty poor.

I think everyone in the world is starting to realize the character of Eto'o. Apparently, Eto'o has demanded 6M euro to get out of Barca and Barca are not willing to pay that. Eto'o agent is now flying to Milan to ask Moratti for more money. Eto'o could destroy Ibra dream to play in Spain.
