Hope we can pattern our model more after Barca and not Madrid. Problem is, while we love our academy lads, not sure most of them could ever reach this level unless we get the very best coaches and scouts.

its all about mentality mate. yes barca are a team of gifted players but the movement is fantastic. and the way they just want to attack as soon as they get the ball is brilliant to watch. at times we just walk with the ball with noone moving for the man. its just the simplistics really. thats why barca do well. urgency to win.
