If he has injury issues atm then why did he play against Newcastle. Doesn't make sense to me.

Unless he got a brand new injury (or re injured the same area) from that game.

I think you should look at this way…you want him to get back to form because if you think about it, we need Foden to hit the heights of a few seasons ago.

We can debate on the passes or lack of but you want him to kick on rather than regress. Still early days before he gets into the groove.

It was a tongue in cheek comment aimed at some in the MD thread.

Phil is a little ring rusty and maybe have the WC, as do others playing in his mind.
