Because it would cost them quarter of a million pounds to do it at half price, or close to it. If I remember correctly that's the total budget they've been ordered to allocate. And some of its gone already.

You'd assume they are going to do this price reduction thing at games which wouldn't sell out, or else there's no point.

Not a chance will we shift 5000 at that price, loads will just stay in pub and have a better time...

They'll sell out in the blink of an eye mate. Even at 93 euros. Ajax was more or less the same and they went like hot cakes.

I might be wrong on this, but I thought that the FA had given every club 250k to spend per year on encouraging away support. So the Fulham tickets are being subsidised by the FA.
