There was 2 opposite each other, was it the one side of the square or other, did he have a rochdale/burnley accent?

if you walk down the Ramblas from Catalonia Square, towards the Port, it was about 300 yards down on the right hand side.
He came over saying provocative things regarding her right to have had a ticket for the Match etc. She has had Season ticket for over 30 years, aways etc !!
i let her handle it as i can assure you she is proficient in dealing with this and he seemed to come round to her way of thinking.
The events of that evening, we arrived at 5.30 on ryanair from Liverpool, so not inebriated, timings of her buying previous drink & next round etc & the way he was leaning over her to talk due to noise in bar, meant it could only be him.
i was able to grab him and challenge him in the way you would imagine but couldnt prove anything.
His answers were just all wrong.
Its happened, we are fully insured but its the point that it was a blue who did this, caused distress, a waste of a morning in the Police Station reporting it and needs teaching the lesson he would have got had the Catalan Police not been in the immediate vicinity.
Regarding Accent, Hardly broad Lancashire but North Manchester as opposed to Salford / Oasis if you get my drift.
