As someone said that was just one architect's proposal. As you can see it's obviously not practical in any way, shape or form - how the fuck is the rush after the game gonna look like??
Real plans are still pretty cool though, it's gonna look like a more advanced Allianz Arena. Camp Nou is in real need of a facelift anyway, biggest stadium in Europe and it looks just like a pile of concrete from the outside.
