It will be if city didn't spend do much in the first place they wouldn't have had to follow and spend so much and prices would have stayed lower

Agnelli is the worst of the lot, rubbishing clubs like Atalanta last year for having no historical pedigree and shouldn't be allowed in the Champions League.

City are caught between a rock and a hard place.

We would have zero competitive advantage joining a Super League when earning the same as the founding clubs, the top players will have even less excuse not to go to the so-called historied.

Damned if we do, damned if we don't.

Thankfully, Uefa and Fifa have been singing from the same hymn sheet for a change.

The only leverage is being excluded from the World Cup and international tournaments.

The clubs joining this new ’tournament’ should be banned from the prem and fa cup. they have no insurance in case the new super league doesn’t work then. Do fans of juve, United, bindippers etc want every match to be in Europe and the ball ache and expense of the away trips all being abroad. And at s time of pandemic? And don’t think the pandemic is over soon and that’s that. It could go on.... there could be more viruses in future etc. This is madness. This is greed. This means less, not more!
