I know Barca are desperate for cash but turning to the drug market surely isn't allowed under La Liga guidelines?

Laporta is a proper **** n’all though.

Soriano left Barça for three reasons: one, to work for City and the potential we had as a club; two, because Barcelona wouldn’t adopt his idea of creating a netoworn of global clubs linked to Barça; and three, because Laporta took Soriano to court accusing Ferran of putting him and other Barça board members under surveillance and hacking their emails.

The court threw it out as it has no basis in truth.

When I first went to Palma in the mid 70s, there was only one runway. The other was full of Spantax Convair 990 Coronado aircraft. That runway is now the second runway, 24L/06R , after they were sold off/scrapped.

I suppose I shouldnt be amazed, but, the fact that UEFA haven't launched some sort of formal investigation into their financing/affairs is staggering. Considering that they started digging out City on the basis of newspaper reports, the fact that they are "buying" and yet unable to register the players has to trigger something.
It's not just about the affairs of barcelona but other clubs....but then perhaps more fool the player that wants to go there now with the knowledge that the promises of their contracts are really not worth the paper they are written on.

Spanair, not spantax. It was the catalan government and he didn't go with the intention of winding it up but rescuing and developing a hub.
