I was at the Barcelona game on Sunday against celta Vigo while on holiday. I don’t follow la Liga much at all and just went for the experience. Barca looked pants! The second half especially, they’re really nothing special nowadays going off that game.

What's the atmosphere like for league games was there last night it was bouncing at times feel even though the stadium is so big the chants carry well around the stadium

Barely though.

Inter just have to beat Plzen at the San Siro and Barca are out.

Inter actually don't even have to do that, they've just got to match whatever the result in the Barcelona-Bayern game is.

I think the OP was suggesting that we are only being paid the fee in small installments over a long period of time.

Can't remember the details at the time of the deal.

Pretty good actually. We were right up in the gods and it was still pretty noisy and could hear the chants etc. There was only about 20 away fans too as celta Vigo is like a 10 hour drive away. A lot of tourists but it was still mostly full and noisy.

Always wanted to go - not for Barca, more for the Nou Camp. Same with San Siro which has been escalated now it's getting torn down! I've watched City at Allianz and Bernabeu so the other two are the ones I'm targeting next.

In other news, I can't wait to see the financial fall-out from getting dumped out the CL early. Talk about all eggs in one basket and they brought on De Jong, Kessie and Torres in a panic last night as well.

Surely it's a better option to start De Jong - purely for his ability on the ball and way of reading the game - at CB instead of the obviously-ageing Pique and Garcia doing what Garcia does!?
