Just like to state this. Yes, Mourinho is an attention seeker, but do you know what else it does? It keeps the pressure off of his players. Yeh, he gets plaudits when they win but he also takes all of the flack when they lose. He protects all of his players, why do you think they are willing to die for him?

Don't get all the comments about "football losing" and "negative tactics". Although I guess it's clear reading these forums that the only game many here are interested in watching are 5-4 goal fests.

Inter just survived a barrage with only 10 men against Barca at their place. They'd have been absolutely insane to do anything but play a defensive game. They dared the supposed best offensive team in the world to unlock them on their own pitch. It's maybe not entirely beautiful, but this is the CL and they earned the right by winning 3-1 in the first leg.

Whatever about the defending, ya great defending whatever. It was the cheating that I hated. All the fucking cheating.

Well I can't think of one single other reason to like Mourinho other than him being good at what he does and therefore successful. I don't like cheats.

However, there are plenty of reasons to love City, which will hopefully still be there if we do become successful.
