Barclays Manager of the Month

Pretty sure this is just a vox pop vote - a way of including the fans. It has absolutely no bearing on the actual winner of the award. The actual winners of Manager and Player of the Month are chosen by a panel elected by Barclays and comprising professionals either from football or football journalism IIRC.
 
Just been on the website RM is just 0.1% behind Arsene come on you blues get voting for RM as manager of the month.
