Why would you want to watch 22 grown men (plus subs) kicking a ball around a field, watched by 40-odd thousand gullible souls, who can't even stay until the end? And anyway; Masterchef is on the Beeb tonight. Fuck the football.

How long is Silva out for?

He is obviously being rested and deserves it. He also has to nurse an ankle problem which has been ongoing for a while.....Pellegrini mentioned it last week.

The idea that this is going to be a walk in the park without Silva is very worrying!! Surely should have been on the bench just in case we absolutley need him at no score with twenty minutes left.
