Barry or Milner?

i rate milner , and barry for that matter. but both players frustrate me.
especially milner.
end product??????????? nothing im afraid

which is a shame because he gets about the pitch well, can defend but his final ball, decision making in the final third, and shooting must improve

lol good question. I always see milner running around, but never really see him do anything effective. Now i'm not bashing on milner, but i'm just saying what i always seem to notice.

This time last week it was "Lets get rid of Barry and replace him with Sneijder" on this forum.

I hope today proved what an unsung hero Barry can be. Our midfield was overun today and he managed to shore it up a bit putting in some mint tackles

Defensively Barry is leagues ahead, offensively neither does anything but atleast Barry generally keeps the ball.

Barry is good for possession footy..

Milner is an energy powerhouse but doesn really stand out..

Also Barry has better vision imo..

BARRY!!

I think if Milner is given a run of games his all round play is better then Barry imo.. Dont think Barry is good enough for where are now... Poss Milner as well if i am being honest.

I prefer Milner but i feel a lot more assured with Barry in the side which is something i never thought i'd say

I hate to say this as I like Milner and the way he plays. Sadly we need better than both of the 2 in the midfield beside De Jong and Yaya. I think we need a type of Xavi Alonso ball playing midfielder but a bit more attack wise. A player like Mario Gotze from Borussia Dortmund might be 1 to look out for in the coming years looks a great prospect or Bastian Schweinsteiger would be the players I wouldnt mind see coming in to replace both in the starting line up.

We paid the same or slghtly more for Milner as we paid for Silva, Yaya Toure & Tevez. He hasn't given us a quarter of what any of those have given us.

He's too slow to be a winger, doesn't run games, doesn't score goals, doesn't have the power of Yaya and doesn't have the creativity of Silva. He'll work his socks off but that's not enough in itself.

Neither! If our aim for the season is to win the title then neither of them can be regulars! Both nothing more than your average, run of the mill English footballers!
