I like a few songs by The Smiths (without being a big fan overall). "How Soon Is Now" is a truly great song!
Morrisey is a soft veggie Rag **** though! Meat isn't murder you daft twat, we're humans, we're supposed to eat meat!
I don't have any House Martins/Beautiful South songs in my record collection, though. Never been on my radar for some reason.
My vote goes to The Smiths (as I say, not a big fan though).

I dont like the smiths at all really but beautiful south has done some great stuff over the years so my vote goes to them.
