Just out of interest, why would you chose the league? We have won it 4 out of last 5 seasons. Wouldn't it be nice to win CL just once?

We didn't win it for forty-four years. That's most of my life. For many on here, it's all of their life, and well before it. First time round, I was a bit young. I will never, ever get jaded about winning it.
I said that I would like to win the CL as well. So we are not disagreeing, except about priorities.
In any case, this is a purely hypothetical discussion. As we know, you cannot swap one for the other. All I'm saying is that if we won the CL, it would go some way to consoling me for not winning the league. If we won the league, it would go considerably further to consoling me for not winning the CL.
I am emphatically not one of the people on here who say that they don't give a toss about winning the CL. I dislike UEFA as an organisation fairly heartily, but I know how to distinguish between the competition and the organisation that hosts it. I was deeply pissed off about going out to Real — especially the stupid way it happened.

Is Mahrez on the left? No chance IMO. I think Grealish keeps his spot but gets a rest vs Sheffield United.

I'd like to see Bernie in the middle to give us some more legs but it seems unlikely given Gundo didn't play versus Leicester and KDB will almost certainly start.

In the vast majority of games we go out to win. This is a bit of rarity for me and as such we don’t need to over extend ourselves or take risks.
Barring a brain fart we should negotiate this tie.

You can be certain that it won't be 6 or 7 nil over the two legs. I will be happy with 4-2.

They'll come out all guns blazing in the first 30-45 minutes. Weather that storm, without conceding, and we "ought" to be okay. And we will get chances, if we play with our brains. Bayern have to have a go at us; hopefully, that means there'll be space for us to exploit on the counter. But we need to keep them out early on.
