Augustiner beer hall on the day of the match last season was absolutely rocking. Killians is good for a sing song and a few scoops later on when all the beer kellers/halls have long since closed down for the night. Schiller Sports Cafe near the main train station also had a good gathering of blues in it last season the night before, the day of the game, and after the match too. The beer isn't great though but it's a good option when all the other bars have shut because it tends to stay open until 4 or even 5am. I seem to recall being one of the last fans out of there last season and staggering up to my hotel room via the kebab house at around 6 in the morning.

Fuck, talking about last season's trip to Munich has me feeling gutted that I'm not going this time round.
that was my routine for every night i spent in munich last year haha - that sports bar was so shit but i still kept going back for more

Augustiner wasn't great this time round. Probably only 150 or so blues there. A group started singing about 4ish and the boss man threatened to get the police.

I think most of us received a warning from the security guy in there. Thoroughly enjoyed myself in Augustiner though. What a brilliant City Munich is too. Love to go back again. Munich people were brilliant. I certainly didn't begrudge them from winning the match. Made us feel welcome. Looking forward to seeing some photos on here of the day.

First European trip for me and had a great time apart from the result. Sports Bar was pretty good - and cheap Eur 5 for a pint - but don't want to see another sausage for a couple of weeks at least. Did anyone try the Atlantic City strip place by the Sports Bar - didn't get round to it ( honest !!! ). Augustine was good but not too many Blues there - only really saw loads on the train going to the stadium.

I assume this was later on then?? The fat manager in shirt and tie and one of the lederhosen clad workers with phone in hand were threatening the lads up on the decking.
