They also failed to sell their own allocation. Large empty area on level three in the main stand, not visible on TV as its behind the camera, you should see it on photos/videos posted by City fans.

Notice how so many clubs like Utd, Liverpool, Newcastle etc tend to have the away section ticked more out of sight of the main TV cameras. Thus if the away support is not sold out you cannot see empty sections. City of course have the away fans right behind the goal in the South Stand and in clear view of TV. Hence when viewed with the away end not full it gives the impression of the ground being even more empty and even more opportunity for snipers to have another dig at City i.e. they cant even fill their ground etc.

Maybe the club with the new expansion should look at moving the away fans to a section out of sight of the main TV and high up somewhere.
