Bayern's reactions to drawing City

A lot of posters on there seem to be pretty reasonable, they see us as the main threat but think Napoli and Villarreal could also cause them problems. It is a tough group whichever way you look at it, however, I can see us and Bayern making it through.

Some of the posters on there remind me very much of United fans though, they seem to think we all started supporting City last year, that just because we have the likes of Aguero, Tevez, Dzeko, Balotelli and Silva up front that means our defence is useless and that Mancini is a very poor manager, I hope these posters manage to find a tv showing the matches when we play them, I think they'll be unpleasantly surprised.

Having said that, I think some Bluemoon posters will be very surprised with the quality in all three opposition clubs' sides.

nice group i know bayern an mancity are favourites but you must admit that experience is really important in CL and yes your "TEAM DEFENCE" is not very good plus you have mancini with all his old italian type of soccer !

I'd be more worried about Napoli to be honest because even though we're better than them, Lavezzi + Cavani can score against us at any moment. Slip up once, and they capitalise.

Bayern will win the group.
Bayern Munich is one of the favourite team in the Champions-League.
Almoste the whole national team of Germany is playing for Bayern Munich extended with Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben and Rafinha.
Bayern is a top team in europe.

Bayern are a team on the up after a lapse that is for sure, they mauled Chelsea Youth... er Hamburg 5-0 the other week and dispatched of Zurich easily enough in their last CL qualifier. I don't rate their defence highly though (Boateng already has one clanger to his name since joining) and we have to get at them, as their midfield and attack are very potent.

I live in Munich. What we want now is the away game to be drawn during the oktoberfest. Carnage for all the blues.

I will provide a carnage to Munich guide at some stage. It`s a great place to come and spend a couple of days. Delighted we have drawn them.

Been to Munich 3 times, 3 liver transplants later...

First time was in 85 for the Oktoberfest 7's played rugby, and had one of the greatest pissups of all time...

2nd time was when Hearts played Bayern in the Uefa cup, 86 i think.... The Spatbrau fest was on, now that is serious carnage, The Spatbrau fest is the spring beer festival, with a delicious dark beer....

3rd time was a revisit to the Oktoberfest 7s in 93 too old to play, great pissup.

Only problem with being in the Oktoberfest is the hotel prices, it will not be easy to find any bargain rooms....

Bayernfan we had the least goals conceded last season. So explain how we managed that with such a poor defence.
