BBC licence fee

It's nothing to do with left or right. The point is the vast majority of people don't give a shit either way, and this is just manufactured outrage from people who think going for a pint with Mark Francois would be a brilliant night out.
The ones not now giving a shit are the ones vainly attempting to row back on a widely discussed topic. The PM has made a statement on it FFS, I know you don't like it, but these stunts are being pulled by a BBC now sailing very close to the wind, and are helping in no little way towards the drive to abolish the license fee.

They never existed, anymore than there is a movement wanting to ban songs at the proms. These are fictitious fights. A random dude will write something about a song being inappropriate, other random dudes will weigh in saying, yes, they are still appropriate, the Mail will start a campaign to ‘protect our heritage‘ and voila, we have a nice little culture war to get you all excited.

And the songs will get played and everyone, every year, says ‘Happy fucking Christmas’.

I love it Bob.

Lose the fight........pat on the head and pretend it never existed in the first place.

The Mail? The Guardian ran the story which got many on here all excited. I know none of you did and it isn't even a story but it didn't stop the usual posters chirping in with why they should be banned.

Still.....lets all move on and get ready for the next attempt at cancel culture from the usual crew and we can all laugh again as we get told it was never even a story after the majority tell them all to go get fucked again.

Stop being outraged then.

The songs are going nowhere.

Of course Johnson made a statement on it. I mean it’s the most pressing probkem we currently face and coincidentally the only one he can ‘solve’ with a quick statement. I say ‘solve’ because there was nothing to solve in the first place.

Meanwhile back in the real world...

There was nothing wrong with the songs in the first place.
