I watch the Grand Tour on Amazon, which I pay for. The BBC website is free as in FREE. If you want to carry on paying so that they can run a free website for the rest of the world then please continue to do so, I however do not and will not.

If it all goes behind a paywall then that's good too, you'll continue to receive it's dubious benefits and the rest of us wont if we don't want to pay for it. I don't watch content from the BBC, and I haven't suggested that I do, however your stance on if I can select shocking stories off the BBC website which is free to all is strange.

Thanks for funding it though, while it lasts.

I hope the govt do what the French do.
If You have the means to receive tv you pay it on your council tax equivalent.
You can’t steal the content then.
