So the manager is responsible for every single players performance?????? If you aint got the pride in your own performance you aint got nothing.

Oh i see, so if he started every game we would win the league? you should have said before..........it's all so simple
Lemmy said:The only chance the Welsh prick has got of keeping is job, is if he plays Elano in every game untill the end of the season. He should get him in the office first thing, explain he has him all wrong and beg him to perform like that untill the end of the season.
But he won't, he'll drop him and put the mercurial Keliven Ethu in, instead. Genius.

For Elano to play he has to be better than SWP, Ireland or Robinho, that is why he has been on the bench.

yes ... if swp had played a blinder, unfortunately he hasn't actually been too great this season and hasn't put in many performances better than elanos last night, maybe against sunderland, other than that im struggling to find a game where he's been as influential as scoring 1, hitting the frame twice, all over the park etc.

Bollocks. Who do you think created most of our chances?
bluemoonmatt said:It would be fair to post this after Elano has produced a string of performances like last night. Sadly (and not entirely through his own making) he patently hasn't done this yet. I emphasise yet, because I sure as hell hope to see more like the Elano of last night.
Agreed. SWP would have put us through to the semis, as would Kompany if he played the first leg, unfortunately injuries have been cruel on us this season.Corky said:Disturbance said:Corky said:If SWP had played instead of Elano we would be in the semis.

Elano better than SWP?
Trippin'.
Elano and Caicedo played well, but SWP and Bellamy would have played if fit, and the result of the tie would possibly have been different.
