All this whining yet when it comes down to it most of you will still rush out and buy the shirt, regardless of the look, feel and the tick....

You just do it!

The 3rd shirt (dark blue) for a few seasons ago still looks good quality and I still wear it...Buy a few home shirts this season, store them in the cellar and when Nike release a pile of cheap shit you'll have a nice new Umbro shirt.

As okay as that looks from the picture; the badges are not embroided and the material is not like what Umbro produce. I think it's all about getting away with as much corner cutting and price cutting as possible for Nike, for mass production and the goal for getting as high a profit margin as possible. They don't shout refined quality to me.

I've actually found a new Nike kit out there that gives nods to a clubs past and has embroidered badges too. So it can be done if a club has a bit of sway.

I'm sorry - but have you actually seen that Dutch shirt in the flest... it's fooking horrible!
The orange panel is a nasty sort of rubber print, and the badges are nasty iron-on type tranfers!

The best Nike shirt I saw for quality recently was the French home shirt - material had a decent feel to it, and the badge was embroidered.
