Sad news I really like listening to Gareth's show and how he beats this.

I absolutely hate being unshaven and as a kid around 17 I spent weeks trying to grow a Tache and it really was nothing more than a bit of fluff ! - I don't have any hair on my arms or legs either.

Therefore I have roped in my almost son in law who has a beard one month and then is clean shaven the next to participate on my behalf.

Haha. You're a good man and I've little doubt you couldn't grow a beard to save your life. As someone said above, buy some #beardsagainstthecancer mugs or t-shirts if you can't actually grow a beard. All proceeds go to Christie's I believe.

Can we just make a donation billy.i only shave about once in 2 months anyhow, so will support Gareth.good luck blue
 
Only just been made aware of this thread.

Thank you for the support, fellas. It's been one hell of a year, but thankfully my surgeon at Hope Hospital did an amazing job and removed the cancer in January.

I'm still not 100%, but managed to make the last game of the season and also DJ'd for the players at the Premiership winning party at the Town Hall.

We raised £2,400.00 for the Christie selling the Beards Against the Cancer t-shirts and mugs.

Thanks again, for all the support. Really means a lot.
