For a pair of Bolton tickets.

New number, same old shit.

I rang earlier and was told that they're open until eleven, knowing my luck that was probably garbage.

Hugh Ferris and carry on music on loop. At least it won't cost me an arm and a leg ey?

I have to agree, I called this morning 10am for Bolton tickets for my husband and son on hold for 20 mins. Then told I needed to speak to customer services for the junior ticket, and put back on hold for another 15 minutes.

on the fone right now whilst on my laptop and iv already been on longer than i was for my wembley ticket so i just dont understand...... im sure they just sit there drinking brews untill they fancy answering

I rang earlier (as mentioned in my op) and was told they were waiting for a further allocation and to ring back in 10 minutes. I rang back half an hour later and was told again to ring back in 10 minutes, called back 20 minutes later and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then subsequently told to ring back in an hour.

And then just now I've called time on 35 minutes on hold.

So tedious, and so predictable. Dare I say it, but the ticket line/office are still 'a joke'.

I called at 09.04 - call ended at 09.11 - just looked on phone call register.
Two tickets ordered and paid for.

No problems at all.

I must be the lucky one - have never had a problem with ticket office.

I phoned up before was on for about 15 mins before an answer don't know what was worst the wait or the Hugh ferris commentary I mean come on city I thought you would of sorted the phones out now but adding that prat with his screechy voice on there is just takin the piss lol maybe it's a ploy to get people off hold an calling back later when it's not as busy ;)

I've only managed to get to 8 games this year and the closest to my home was Turin so you can see how I'm easily confused!!! :-)

For big matches the 0161 numbers will probably make waiting even worse for those wanting to phone for a ticket. More people will ring in if they don't have to pay a fortune for the calls.

just bought mine aswell i give up earlier after about half an hour so phoned up again now and waited about 15 minutes..... missed out on the bottem tier though due to me giving up before.... nevermind ehh il still be there WHEN we celebrate 4th place :D
