Been on hold for 25 minutes

I've come to the conclusion with these menu-led phone calls, after pressing Option 1 with five straight presses and hearing the old "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual number of calls. One of our team will be with you shortly" that there's only fucker in the team. An' he's off havin' a fag somewhere!

I have to agree, I called this morning 10am for Bolton tickets for my husband and son on hold for 20 mins. Then told I needed to speak to customer services for the junior ticket, and put back on hold for another 15 minutes.

I rang earlier (as mentioned in my op) and was told they were waiting for a further allocation and to ring back in 10 minutes. I rang back half an hour later and was told again to ring back in 10 minutes, called back 20 minutes later and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then subsequently told to ring back in an hour.

And then just now I've called time on 35 minutes on hold.

So tedious, and so predictable. Dare I say it, but the ticket line/office are still 'a joke'.

If they are waiting for a further allocation that, as yet, had not been allocated then surely that is not the fault of the ticket office.

Anyway people need more patience, 20 mins to a call centre aint too bad. Try BT or British gas if you want your patience trying.

Was on phone for over 90 mins last night trying to get 2 tickets for son and his mate. Already paid full price for mine. Same this morning, what a waste of time and effort. This after they sent out txts yesterday saying tickets available. Can't buy on line cos the spuds match doesn't come up. It goes straight to sjoke game next week.

Don't mind if tickets have sold out. Told lad to get em earlier but he's a bit strapped with wembley on horizon. Just tell people and let them get off the phone.

Still fucking useless
