Could well be pal, I know for a fact that the money in Morocco is shit, that’s why the group I used to work for put huge labour intensive factories over there, once countries like Poland and Romania became relatively expensive
 
Has any player fallen off as drastically as Hazard? He was legitimately one of the best players in the world at one point and now he looks like he should be playing lower league football.

A lot of them could be Moroccans living in France, Belgium etc plus around the Middle East
