Romania beating Ukraine a shock? Romania finished unbeaten in the qualifiers, ahead of Switzerland.

I think nine times out of ten you’d pick Ukraine to beat Romania ffs, unbeaten or not, playing fucking Armenia and Kazakhstan helps for unbeaten runs but hardly makes them invincible ffs

They have a far inferior squad, but play the game much smarter. If they hold the score, 3 points is 3 points. Fantastic 1st half, defending well in the 2nd. Well played.

Yeah and if they didn't roll about playacting at every opportunity I'd give them more credit.
As it is I'll be delighted if Belgium get back into this from a dodgy penalty decision.

Ukraine barely qualified, with late goals against Iceland & Bosnia. Lost to Poland recently 3-1 (without Lewandowski) as well. They are not in a good for at all. I expected this and I think they will finish 4th in the group.
