This is what I was alluding to on page 2.

This is exactly what he said in the SSN interview:

"He hasn't spoken to me since February, but he's like that with a lot of the players there. But I don't think you have to be high-fiving the manager and speaking to him on a day-to-day basis. Some people are very different. I had a really great relationship with Martin O'Neil but we never really spoke, and Mark Hughes was exactly the same."

One thing that did make me smile, the round-up of today's papers on the OS, which likes to gently mock the press over made up stories, doesn't mention this story at all and says '...not much new in the way of City gossip'.

I find this hypocrisy quite amusing. If the title had been "Not spoke with Hughes since Feb" most of you would have been foaming at the mouth about our manager's arrogance and lack of man-management skills.

The most annoying thing about the Bellamy interview in The Sun is that he has come out with childish quotes on how Mancini doesn't speak to me or Carlos the week before we are due to start an important campaign. Also he claims to want to stay and play for Manchester City yet he just adds fuel to the fire in allowing parers and the media to print stories that do cause unrest. Bellamy is a quality player but he needs to shut the hell up if he wants a place in the 25 man squad if you ask me.
