the statement had nothing to do with two players leaving italy and you left Kaka out of that, but over the last 5+ years the majority of world class footballers (apart from the italians themselves) have avoided the italian league like the plague.
How many players currently playing in Italy can be talked about amongst the best in the world? After Eto'o and possibly Buffon & Maicon i would be struggling to name any. Pato is looking like he will be one of the best in the world over the next few years but hes not there yet. Diego, De Rossi, Totti are not up there with the very best in the game if you were going to list them.

Craigs input has been fantastic but we will no doubt loose him to SPUDS. What a shame but oh well we live on, Richer, wiser and more ambitious than ever.

ha ha this Bump is class .. brought some of the reactionaries to the surface as well .. i suggest all those slagging off the the posters from the first couple of pages go back and check the date of the OP ..ha ha once again class ..Clarkies for fun
