Ben Knight and Lewis Fiorini

Does anybody know whats happening with these two. Both seem to have disappeared without trace this season. My only guess is that they are both injured.

Last I heard Fiorini had gone to Blackpool on loan and had got immediately injured so returned. Ben was making his way back from injury (another) after being ar Crewe but that was a while ago.

Fiorini got injured in pre-season and had surgery at the start of August, looks like it was ankle/lower leg. Knight also got injured around the same time but not sure if he had surgery.

Shame for both as they were making some decent progress on loan, specifically Fiorini.

Hope they manage to get another loan soon and manage to make decent careers in the game.

Fiorini is back training with the EDS squad now, let’s hope he can keep fit and we can sort out a decent loan for him.

Fiorini isn’t even making the bench for Charlton, he’s been playing for their U21’s. Looks like it will be another wasted season for him unfortunately
