At one point I thought he had injured himself again after he went over that Burnley player
Twats move by Bikes to be fair. Knew exactly what he was doing and could have caused a bad injury

Agreed. Now Pep's playing wingers ahead of him again, he's not getting forward as often, so he and we, look a lot better defensively.
Seems to have been told to hold back a bit, which is good IMO.
Nobody gets what Mendy offers yet.
Really? You believe you're on some higher footballing plain than the rest of us? lol
It's very obvious what the kid brings, and under the tutelage of Pep he will only improve, hence why many of us are very excited about his future.
*plane and only when ive eaten mushrooms
Uh... what? I've no idea what you've watched to convince yourself that Mendy will ever, ever be good on defense.Nobody gets what Mendy offers yet. You will. He’s walker but on the left and he creates magic. We all agree walker is a top 3 RB in football and probably 1st on how play. Creates little in the final 3rd.
Watch a replay of shaktar and FF to the 22nd and look at his magic.
This myth that he sucks at D will end soon too.
Agreed.
I'd like to see Mendy play winger though... which I think is his natural position. He's not a great defender at all... as LB it seems that we have a not-so-great defender, handicapped on offense by defensive duties. Mendy is definitely a force on offense though... so for me, he's a winger more than a back.
OK - you've stated an opinion without substantiating reasons.Mendy will never, ever play winger. He is not a winger.
