I'm basing it on the official comments from the club, which say that he will be back in April. I'm pretty sure he hasn't just miraculously recovered in February, and that more than likely the person behind the Twitter account is just super gullible and didn't catch the joke.

You can't base his recovery off rough predictions made in September...

We already know he was training on his own on the pitches 2 weeks ago which puts him ahead of the usual timetable, which by the way isn't miraculous.

Not read the preceding post on here but Is Mendy likely to play for City again this season, it will be like a new signing when he is fit and raring to go next season if not, such a great player..!

I honestly think he will take a while to be back.
Hes a big unit. Its a big body to get up and down that flank.

Also when people are out for so long they always pick up other little injuries.

Hes still not out the woods yet but its great hes coming to the end.
