I don't understand how you can make the logical jump from seeing how he acts on social media to how he behaves before and during a game though?
Unless you have seen him mentally prepare for a game then I don't see how the two are connected

It was a daft tackle but we have players who have made a shit ton more daft tackles this season than Mendy has. To blame it on him being not focused is a load of bollocks

Hopefully nothing too serious, gutted for him, he'd started so well too.

Delphi can kind of cover defensively but he offers nothing Mendy does going forward. Maybe Danilo, he's better on the right of course but it's a bit early to say after one game at left back that he just can't play there.

Definitely need cover in January, a loan signing or splash the cash on someone like Bertrand perhaps?

Danillo looks a top player but at lb he hasn't looked convincing..delph God knows if he's a suitable replacement,delps injury record must be one of the worst at the club also...going in to the season with one recongnised left back was stupid,let's hope the injurys not too serious

Poor planning is our undoing again,danny is a great players but doesn't look to great as LB,he might get better with some more practice

The thing is an injury like his could happen at any time and has nothing to do with his character off the pitch. He was on the wrong side simple as. Also in these days of sterile political correctness and quite frankly boring individuals, his personality is a breath of fresh air. In fact i'd go further and say I have never seen the team as together as this year and he and his quirkiness has a great deal to do with that. Let's just hope it's more of a precaution and he is only out for a few weeks, as he is pivotal to our success.

Bad news hopefully it'll be weeks not months. If Danilo plays and is more defensively minded then I can see a silver lining, especially if Otamendi is going to be on that side of the defence. The problems come if Pep starts arsing around putting Sane at LWB. Not sure about Delph at LB or LWB, can probably do a job against inferior opposition but I'd want to see Danilo there against Chelsea.
