Lol@karen7 is probably worried that tweet has aggravated his injury and he'll be out for even longer now.

Really? Is that something to do with these hurricanes going on over there? What channel you got it on?Not yet. I'm busy watching the news - some big cruise liner has hit an iceberg somewhere in the North Atlantic.

well it won't be Mendy :-)I really hope someone at club hasn't leaked a presumed torn ACL diagnosis to press. A diagnosis the club understandably don't want to share with player until confirmed. Mendy will look a mug. If so 'someone' should walk.

Awful news but we need to start looking at players injury records before we sign them, no matter how good they are. Pep is already saying we will look at a replacement in January so it looks like his season co be over.
Are you sure that is what he said
Just had a look at the article and the amount of subtle negativity is typical of the media in this country. A good professional performance against a half decent European side side and another clean sheet, so as no areas of play to criticise, I know lets concentrate on potential negatives instead.
Gareth Barry took lessons off him for the "bump in the back and fall over" trick.
That isn't what I was alluding to. Pep said "IF" he is out for a long time we will look at alternatives. i.e until we know the severity of the injury, nothing is being consideredHa ha ok not a REPLACEMENT but a left back.

I wonder how different that article would be had it been MUFC 2 Shakhtar 0?
We have a winner ha ha. The other two require surgery to remove those massive hooks.Yes, apparently it's hurricane Clarkie.
They'd have had the bunting out, calling for an extra public holiday to honour and celebrate a masterful vintage managerial masterstroke. Talksport would have had a three hour breakfast show special wheeling out Clayton Backmore, Mickey Thomas and Pat Crerand to recreate the spectacular performance, talking us through this momentous match. Three page pull outs in the papers, class of 92 having their two penneth, Eammon Holmes congratulating the team on This Morning, Loose Women discussing is Mourinho the greatest manager of all time, the soaps cancelled for a re run of the match and rumours of possible New Years honours for the starting eleven. God I fucking hate that club.
