I think Sanchez is progressing fairly quickly. Seems like Arsenal have got their price for Lacazette, the confed cup ends on Sunday, I reckon things will move quickly after that.

At the end of the day, Arsenal can't keep pushing things back because they won't keep him against his will, Kroenke won't throw away £50m.

Plus his uncertain future is holding up all their transfer dealings, and the targets they have, Lemar, Lacazette etc. aren't going to hang around waiting for Arsenal to come in for them last minute.

They need his future resolved as quickly as we do.

Alves could be this week that's just a case of him flying in to sign. Walker, if they finally agree a price I can see that happening very quickly, they could agree the fee today and have him unveiled tomorrow afternoon, Mendy the same.

Agreed. mattyb is one of the more reliable posters around. Even without giving anything away, we get a heads-up that SOMETHING is about to happen at the club, be it transfers, promotionals etc. I don't care what it is, I always start getting giddy with excitement when the club is about to do something.

Because he's moving country? He's going to have to pack up his shit, find a place to live in Cheshire, move in, and that's not the easiest thing to do from the USA.

Not to mention the fact he might actually want to know where he's going on his first day back, Monaco or Manchester.

Fair point I know city do a lot to help players to settle in manchester. We will see Im going for next week he will roll up.
