There are a couple in the prem already Southampton and Bournemouth ring a bell. These teams had pretty good clean sheet stats.

Kelechi would count as a HG player I believe/U21 list come the PL season for squad requirements.

Unlikely - with B.Silva, Silva and KDB, his chances are going to be limited and we'd be better off giving those limited chances to Foden. He had his chance to stick around last season, but he chose to go elsewhere.
